REFUND POLICY

We do our best to deliver your order in excellent condition. However, if you wish to return a product, this can be done in accordance with Dutch and European consumer regulations without providing a reason.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item.

The return period begins on the day you, or someone on your behalf, receives the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused

  • in the same condition as received

  • in the original packaging

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • we made a mistake with your order

  • the product arrived damaged or defective

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • the product has been used

  • the product is damaged after delivery

  • the product is returned without original packaging


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. return the original item

  2. wait until the return is approved

  3. place a new order separately


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
